About the role
The Assistant Electro Technical Officer supports the Chief Electro Technical Officer and Chief Engineer in maintaining and repairing the vessel's electrical plant and associated systems.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain onboard lighting systems.
- Maintain passenger and crew cabin electrical systems.
- Maintain passenger and crew launderette equipment.
- Assist in maintenance and repair of the vessel’s electrical generation, distribution, and propulsion plants.
- Assist in maintenance and repair of galley electrical equipment.
- Assist with engine room electrical systems as needed.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
