Destination Staff – Cruise Ship Guest Services

About the role

The Destination Staff member works onboard a Norwegian Cruise Line vessel, ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their cruise. You will provide port and tour information, sell tours, and assist with guest logistics to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed guest expectations, providing complete satisfaction.
• Distribute tour tickets, escort tours, and coordinate tour logistics such as buses, private cars, water, and lunch boxes.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, handle tour sales, and manage private arrangements.
• Assist the Destination Service Manager with administrative tasks and new staff induction.
• Organize guest debarkation briefings and distribute internal tour information.
• Participate in safety drills and comply with company safety, pollution prevention, and security regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work 7 days a week, in close quarters, and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Respect for co‑workers and guests, with a professional appearance.
• Willingness to live onboard and share limited space with cabin‑mates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Fidelio reservation software.
