About the role
Join Norwegian Cruise Line as a Seasonal Youth Counselor, delivering safe and engaging activities for guests aged 2‑17 aboard a large passenger vessel.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and host social, entertainment, sporting, theatrical and craft programs for youth and teen guests.
- Supervise youth participants, ensure safety, and maintain program inventory and equipment.
- Communicate program policies to parents and collaborate with other ship departments.
Required profile
- Minimum one year experience in youth recreation, sports, or childhood education (ages 2‑17).
- Comfortable speaking on a microphone, performing in costume, and engaging large groups.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to schedule changes.
Required skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency.
- Typing and basic computer software skills.
- Experience with microphone use and DJ/light‑sound equipment.
