Night Auditor – Cruise Ship

About the role

The Night Auditor is responsible for managing end‑of‑day financial processes, guest account handling, and audit duties aboard the cruise ship. This role ensures accurate reporting and supports guest services throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain front desk logs, reports, and guest request follow‑up in line with company standards.
• Post gaming revenues, guest gratuities, discounts, and shipboard credits to accounts.
• Perform end‑of‑day and end‑of‑cruise audits, including revenue reconciliation between Micros POS and Fidelio systems.
• Prepare and distribute invoices, customs declarations, and audit documents for the Chief Purser.
• Handle cash advances, foreign currency exchanges, and provide US dollar services to guests.
• Assist with embarkation and debarkation duties, ensuring smooth guest check‑in and check‑out.

Required profile

• Hospitality background with front office or reception experience.
• Auditing or night‑audit experience preferred.
• Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Understanding of high‑level service standards.
