About the role
The Crew Administrator supports the Crew Purser in daily office operations, ensuring accurate crew data management and providing frontline assistance to crew members during office hours.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain crew information in MXP MAPS, Fidelio and other systems, including personal details, passport data, and cabin assignments.
- Prepare and distribute crew documentation such as passport labels, seaman’s book labels, yellow‑fever envelopes, crew passes, and berthing cards.
- Assist with crew sign‑on and sign‑off processes, including preparing signage areas, refreshments, and coordinating with F&B and customs.
- Handle crew enquiries, mail distribution, cabin maintenance requests, and support crew welfare activities.
- Process crew financial transactions in Fidelio, manage bar charges, currency exchange, and resolve account queries.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a crew office or travel industry environment, preferably on a ship.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude toward both crew and guests.
